Supported Living Care Services
We offer supported living, which enables individuals to take charge of their life and fosters self-assurance and contentment in making independent decisions.
Supported living: what is it?
A service known as “supported living,” or “supportive living,” allows individuals with a variety of support requirements maintain their independence while yet receiving the additional mental and/or physical assistance required to live fully fulfilled lives in their own homes.
Our backing
We provide help to adults and senior citizens in the UK who are suffering from one or more complex health issues, such as autism, learning difficulties, or mental health issues. Our committed and knowledgeable health care staff provide both core and 1:1 support, each of which is tailored to the unique requirements and preferences of each individual.
Quality is ingrained in all we do. Because of our staff’s specialized training, we are able to competently and confidently provide the best possible service to the individuals we support.
What does Devoted Supported Living mean by supported living?
The goal of supported living is to enable individuals to have fulfilling lives full of goals. We’re here to support and promote every goal, no matter how big or small, whether it’s taking the first step toward volunteering or work, gaining the confidence to take up a new hobby or make new friends, or learning a new life skill like cooking or money management.
We make sure to carefully match our support team with each individual, taking into account our team’s skills, knowledge, and specialization along with personality traits, hobbies, and interests to ensure that we foster positive and fulfilling relationships. We know how important it is to have the right support network by your side.
How do we draft our plans for our supported living clients?
We don’t develop our support plans until we’ve had a thorough grasp of each person’s background, present circumstances, and long-term objectives. Before beginning our care, we have in-depth discussions with the individual, their family, and any pertinent healthcare providers to make sure we have all the information we need and have taken the time to hear each person’s opinions and requests. After a supported living support plan is put in place, we periodically assess each person’s development, praising each accomplishment and encouraging them to set new targets to reach even greater heights.
